Team Programme is an enterprise journey for students who have mild to moderate learning difficulties. Designed to aid young people's transition from education into independent living and employment, the programme develops confidence and life skills through working as a team to set up and run an enterprise. Students make all of the decisions about their business, from deciding on the company name, managing company finances, selling to the public and entering competitions (as well as the opportunity to make some real money with their business).
There is a cost to this programme but we may be able to access funding for eligible schools.
